 My book from two years ago, "WHAT IS MEDITATION? And Why Should I Do It?" is now available (in slightly revised format) as hard copy and eBook on Amazon Kindle!

Featuring interviews with meditation teachers Edward Muzika and Frederick Prack, it also includes brief biographies of the Buddha and Lao Tzu and traces how I got interested in meditation in the first place! It contains cameos from advaita gurus Sri Ramana Maharshi and Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj. And an introduction by underground comics legend Chester Brown.
